Disabled & Carer Information
The Fen Field Festival site is fully accessible for people with disabilities. We have a designated viewing area in the main arena for people in wheelchairs to have a great view of the main stage and a wheelchair-accessible toilet and hand washing facilities nearby.
We have designated camping pitches close to the main arena entrance to make the camping experience easier with wheelchair-accessible toilet and hand washing facilities nearby.
We offer a half price carer ticket for every full price adult ticket purchased.
Please complete the contact form below with supporting evidence to apply for both types of tickets, the disabled ticket and the carer ticket.
We will require supporting documentation as evidence and proof of disability which will be handed in total confidence such as;
- DLA/PIP or equivalent
- Deaf or blind registration
- The access card or equivalent
The Blue badge is not sufficient if applying for a half price carer ticket but adequate for the disabled allocated parking area.
Upon this evidence we will then ask for the payment and issue both types of tickets, the disabled ticket and the carer ticket as requested.
Please also inform us of any special considerations we should be aware of and if at any time you need any assistance, please ask a steward who will be happy to help.
Guide dogs are welcome on site.
Please bear in mind the festival does take place outside and weather conditions can affect the overall state of the ground. This is particularly important for wheelchair users and those with mobility problems to be aware of as paths are limited and, like many outdoor event sites, the ground can be uneven or soft after heavy rain.
